Our Story

Xccelerated is an initiative within the Xebia Group, on its mission to eliminate the shortage of highly skilled Data & AI professionals. We accelerate your team through our advanced 13-month programs in Machine Learning Engineering (MLOPs), Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering or Junior Devops Engineering.

Each Xccelerator has 1-4 years of relevant work experience prior to their bootcamp and make impact while working and learning at your company. At the end of each program, they'll have what it takes to join your organization directly, without any strings attached – offering a long-term solution to build your internal capabilities. It's a win-win for everyone.
