At Xccelerated, you join as an experienced professional. You work four days a week at one of our partner organizations, building real cloud-native solutions. One day a week, you deepen your expertise through advanced technical sessions led by our Tech Leads.

This is not a traineeship. It’s a structured acceleration track for engineers who want to move from good to exceptional. After one year, you transition into a permanent role at the client, with stronger technical depth and proven impact.
