Xccelerated is an initiative within the Xebia Group, accelerating your Data & AI competence. Our 13-month advanced training programs integrate hands-on learning and skill development with working at one of our partner companies, like Heineken, KLM, ING, Vattenfall, Randstad Group or FedEx. Don't expect a typical apprenticeship or high potential program for graduates. Our programs are an intense learning journey for people who have proven their potential and are ready for the next step in their career.

Each program (Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering and Cloud Development) begins with a month-long bootcamp training to prepare you for the first day at your future-employer. From that moment, you’ll work four days a week at our partner organization and one day a week at the Xccelerated office — which involves ongoing training and project support from our technical leads. At the end of each program, you'll have what it takes to directly join the company. A winning long-term solution for everyone.
